Moll Marzipan GmbH is a company steeped in tradition. It was founded in 1860 as the "Berliner Marzipanmassenfabrik" (marzipan paste factory) by Lübeck-born master confectioner Moll, and soon became purveyor to the court of the King of Prussia for marzipan specialities.
Later on, the company began to manufacture other oil seed products, particularly hazelnut and almond crocant, but also a variety of other specialities.
