FSSC 22000 Version 5.1

Since May 2011 Moll Marzipan is certified by Food Safety System Standard (FSSC 22000) – currently in version 5.1. So Food Safety System of our company fulfill on the one hand requirements of ISO 22000:2018 and on the other hand requirements of well-known companies of the food industry.Moll Marzipans clients include some of these companies. With this certification we feel ourselves asserted as dynamic and faithfull partner of the brands industry.


The company Moll Marzipan possesses an active allergen management system and fulfilled all necessary issues and requirements.


A halal certificate permits Moll Marzipan GmbH to manufacture foodstuffs in compliance with the Islamic food laws.


A kosher certificate permits Moll Marzipan GmbH to manufacture foodstuffs in compliance with the Jewish food laws.

ISO 50001 Energy Management

MOLL Marzipan GmbH is highly commited to resource efficiency and energy efficiency. In 2014 we won the second prize of the Energy Efficiency Award and we are member of the Energy Efficiency Board Berlin for many years. Since april 2015 we are certified with the ISO 50001 for our Energy Management System.

Since 2012 the Moll Marzipan GmbH is a Member of the INC "International Nut and Dried Fruit Council".
