Crocant & Candied Products

On our professional candying line, we produce almond and nut products up to a minimum size of 5 mm. Various additives such as Maple syrup or honey can be used. The nuts are boiled in a sugar solution, then oil-roasted in sunflower oil and, if necessary, salted.
